The menu is a culinary tour through Lombardy, Piedmont, Naples, Capri and Sicily, and celebrates some of Italy's most iconic dishes. 

The creative menu is evocative of an authentic Italian kitchen, a love-letter to the fresh products and classic flavours that make Southern Italy such a foodie heaven. 

This is paired with Italian wines, including fresh and elegant wines from the Mediterranean coast, and, of course, famous Proseccos and Vermouths as scene-setting appetizers.

Its soothing pastel furnishings and distinctive chevron wooden floor are a perfect combination between modern and elegant, offering a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere, the perfect place to start or end your day. Besides its indoor area, it is also possible to enjoy its outdoor terrace with an intricate Portuguese calçada and magnificent views over the gardens and the swan lake.

The new menu is unassuming, focusing on a variety of local products, from oysters to the must-have moules frites with homemade fries or the remastered classics, such as the matured entrecôte steak ‘Café de Paris’ or the beef Wellington with duck foie gras.

With a nautical inspired decor, Arte Náutica offers a feeling of tranquillity to its visitors. The inner room, with the blue and white striped seats and the various decorative details, and the terrace with the wide windows overlooking the golden sands and the blue Atlantic Ocean waters, offers the perfect setting for a relaxed and intimate lunch or dinner.

The eight-meter-deep cellar is a testimony of the perfect temperature and humidity conditions required to harbour a collection of more than 11,000 bottles and over 1,200 references of the best wines from Portugal and around the World. 

Our well-versed sommeliers guide guests through the nuanced flavours of various vintages during wine and cheese tastings, complemented by traditional Portuguese tapas, homemade bread and olive oil from Herdade dos Grous, Vila Vita Parc’s own farm and vineyard in the Alentejo. 

Besides wine tastings, the Wine Cellar is also open for private dinners. A unique experience that guests will never forget, whether it’s a more intimate affair for two or a dinner with friends, co-workers, clients or employees.

With a decor in shades of white, interrupted here and there by bright colours that surprise the sight, a terrace with direct access to the infinity pool and views over the subtropical gardens at Vila Vita Parc and the intense blue of the Atlantic Ocean, Whale is guaranteed to offer you relaxed moments with a summer feel, regardless of the time of the year.

An elegant and sophisticated interior design in shades of blue that makes it seem like the ocean extends itself into the restaurant. It offers one of the best views of the resort's subtropical gardens and infinity pool, across to the horizon, particularly from its terrace, which is the most sought-after area in the restaurant.

Under the motto Waters of the Atlantic meet Flavours of the Levant, chef João Sousa now presents proposals that highlight the connection between the Ocean and the Sea, between West and East.  

The menu can be explored à la carte as a sharing experience, or through the tasting menu, where each dish, carefully prepared and harmonised with selected wines, is designed to surprise and inspire.

Walking into Aladin Grill for the first time is always accompanied by a surprised look from its visitors. The Moroccan-inspired restaurant, bathed by the rays of light that hit the delicate stained-glass windows at the end of the day contributing to an even more charming and enchanting atmosphere, offers a unique and unforgettable experience.  

Fresh seafood and fish of the day, alongside premium meat cuts grilled right in front of you, make this restaurant a true favourite of our guests.

With an interior entirely lined with 120-year-old vintage wood, stepping into the Biergarten feels like you’re being transported to a rustic chalet in the Alps. The decoration, cosy and traditional, contribute to the location’s unique convivial atmosphere, typical of the best German beer gardens.
