Intro
Inspired by the Portuguese coast and the vibrant flavours of Mediterranean Levantine cuisine, our new menu is a sensory journey that links the Atlantic shores to the sun‑drenched kitchens of the eastern Mediterranean. Iconic ingredients such as olive oil, za'atar, tahini, citrus fruits and fresh herbs are the protagonists of a ‘Good Mood Food’ menu, where good mood food prevails, designed for sharing and savouring in good company.

An elegant and sophisticated interior design in shades of blue that makes it seem like the ocean extends itself into the restaurant. It offers one of the best views of the resort's subtropical gardens and infinity pool, across to the horizon, particularly from its terrace, which is the most sought-after area in the restaurant.
Under the motto Waters of the Atlantic meet Flavours of the Levant, chef João Sousa now presents proposals that highlight the connection between the Ocean and the Sea, between West and East.
The menu can be explored à la carte as a sharing experience, or through the tasting menu, where each dish, carefully prepared and harmonised with selected wines, is designed to surprise and inspire.

The future King Edward VII of England loved the new invention and so the Crepe Suzette was born. King Edward may have missed that first fire, but we will make sure you enjoy every moment of the spectacle!

The decor, based on a palette of blue and golden shades is the reflection of a peaceful seaside scenery, and the magnificent corals which fill up one of its side walls, as well as the Murano crystals resembling medusas by the entrance, are a clear clue to the inspiration behind Ocean’s philosophy.
