Overlooking the ocean and inspired by the Italian Dolce Vita, Giardino takes you back in time for a truly Italian gastronomic experience.

The menu is a culinary tour through Lombardy, Piedmont, Naples, Capri and Sicily, and celebrates some of Italy's most iconic dishes. 

The creative menu is evocative of an authentic Italian kitchen, a love-letter to the fresh products and classic flavours that make Southern Italy such a foodie heaven. 

This is paired with Italian wines, including fresh and elegant wines from the Mediterranean coast, and, of course, famous Proseccos and Vermouths as scene-setting appetizers.

The word Manzar means "view" in Arabic, in homage to the heritage left by the Moors during their time in the Algarve.

Add a bit of Moroccan spice, shishas and mezze, with hypnotising belly dancing and exotic DJ vibes, and be transported to the 1001 Arabian nights.

The venue’s glam design features a spectacular led lit bar with some of the most exclusive beverage brands and a cutting-edge design DJ booth with front and backdrop led projection, creating an exclusive ambiance to have the best night.

Let our expert young mixologists impress you with their unique creations and elaborated flavour infusions, some of which have gone on to enter bar competitions and become signature cocktails.

With a decor in shades of white, interrupted here and there by bright colours that surprise the sight, a terrace with direct access to the infinity pool and views over the subtropical gardens at Vila Vita Parc and the intense blue of the Atlantic Ocean, Whale is guaranteed to offer you relaxed moments with a summer feel, regardless of the time of the year.

Its menu takes you on a trip along coastal regions from all over the world through dishes that awaken the senses: fresh fish and seafood from the Portuguese coast, delicious salads, organic hamburgers and wood-fired pizzas or pastas that take you all the way to the Italian coast, are just some of the regular options to be found here.
 

An elegant and sophisticated interior design in shades of blue that makes it seem like the ocean extends itself into the restaurant. It offers one of the best views of the resort's subtropical gardens and infinity pool, across to the horizon, particularly from its terrace, which is the most sought-after area in the restaurant.

Under the motto Waters of the Atlantic meet Flavours of the Levant, chef João Sousa now presents proposals that highlight the connection between the Ocean and the Sea, between West and East.  

The menu can be explored à la carte as a sharing experience, or through the tasting menu, where each dish, carefully prepared and harmonised with selected wines, is designed to surprise and inspire.
