On the evening of 25 October, Restaurante Adega opens its doors to Madeira for a four-hand dinner that brings together the finest of Portuguese cuisine with the authentic flavours of the island. Chef Alexandre Cabral, resident at Adega, welcomes Chef Júlio Pereira, of the legendary Jaket Restaurant in Funchal - recently reopened and celebrated for its distinctive reinterpretation of Madeiran culinary tradition.
As part of the “Region of the Month: Islands” programme, this dinner celebrates friendship, identity, and sharing - values that unite two chefs dedicated to the essence of local produce and the authenticity of their origins.
An à la carte culinary experience invites guests to discover iconic Madeiran dishes, reimagined in dialogue with the cuisine of Adega. A rare opportunity to experience, in the Algarve, the soul and flavours of the island, in a setting that is, in itself, a tribute to Portuguese gastronomy.
During the evening, a curated selection of wines from the islands will be available, served by the glass or bottle - including Madeiran fortified wines and artisanal cider.
Immerse yourself in this celebration of flavours - secure your table for this singular evening.
