On the 5th and 6th of September, Chef Julien Royer of Odette — Singapore’s three Michelin-starred restaurant — joins forces with Ocean’s two Michelin-starred Chef Hans Neuner for remarkable culinary events set on the edge of the Atlantic.

A Culinary Voyage

Ocean, the culinary crown jewel of Vila Vita Parc, was distinguished with what few restaurants ever dream of—three "Soles" or Suns from the prestigious Repsol Guide, adding to its two Michelin stars. Since 2007, Executive Chef Hans Neuner has transformed Ocean into a canvas where Portuguese culinary heritage meets global inspiration. His team crafts conceptual menus exploring Portugal's rich historical connections with regions across Asia, Africa, and America.

All in good taste

The wine cellar is found at the heart of Vila Vita Parc; hidden away behind ornate iron doors, it immediately captures the imagination. As Ricardo Rodrigues, its curator and head sommelier, explains, “The doorway is quite mysterious, so sometimes we have people curious, trying to see what we have down here!”
