One of Europe’s largest go-kart tracks, the circuit can operate two tracks simultaneously, where one can find no shortage of official races, championship races and private competitions.

Once the Moorish capital of the Algarve, Silves is today a sleepy town, lying in the foothills of the Serra de Silves mountains. A visit to the Cathedral and red sandstone castle ruin reminds visitors of its rich and industrious Moorish past.

Visit the capital of the Algarve with its ancient city walls and cosmopolitan life. It is located on the Ria Formosa, a salt-water lagoon with a maze of azure waterways between islands, the most diverse and colourful birdlife, and landscapes that change with the tides.

On the shores of the river Gilão, Tavira’s historical centre is filled with museums, churches and centennial gardens. Admire the views from the top of the castle’s towers, cross the river on the Roman Bridge and get lost in its charming cobblestone streets.

The ruin of Paderne Castle, sits atop a hill in the Barrocal landscape covered in orange, lemon and olive groves. Also known as the Almóada Castle, this is one of the 7 castles featured in the Portuguese flag. 

Located in Almancil, the church dates back to the 18th century and is known for its magnificent interiors decorated with beautiful mosaics in shades of blue which tell the story of Saint Lourenço’s life.

Once considered the "world’s end", the south-westerly point of Europe, Cape St. Vincent, sits atop dramatic cliffs overlooking fantastic Atlantic Ocean’s views. Nearby, in Sagres, the epic maritime adventures of the Portuguese began led by Prince Henry “the Navigator”.

The largest city in the western Algarve Portimão was once a famous centre for shipbuilding, sardine fishing and fish processing. Today sardines can still be enjoyed by the port under the bridge and the August sardine festival is always a fun day out.

Famous for its award-winning beach, traditional downtown and the “AlgarSeco” cliff boardwalk with breath-taking views. At the end of this walkway, there's a cave accessible by foot, “A Boneca”, with the rock formation creating a window on to the ocean.

One of Portugal's richest areas, this natural park extends over 60kms, reaching the cities of Loulé, Faro, Olhão, Tavira and Vila Real de Santo António. Learn all about bird species that inhabit it aboard a boat where you'll be able to observe the beauty of this special place.
